It’s easy to lump all young people into the same group, but Millennials are no longer the new kids on the block in the workforce. Those who were born in the late 90s and early 2000s—known as Generation Z or iGen—are starting to grow up and get their first jobs.

According to Maitre, recruiting, hiring, and managing members of Gen Z will require different strategies than companies have employed with previous generations, including Millennials.
