In her presentation, Carolynne Thomas, Partner at CRA, will share how to elevate the maturity of your communication function and transition to a true strategic and trusted advisor. She’ll cover how to be “peer-like” with senior leaders, project credibility, and use data and insights to reinforce your advice. CRA’s behavioral approach to development will leave you with multiple practices that you can implement immediately upon returning to the office.

A key component to driving adoption of your app is creating engaging and authentic content and using video can propel this engagement forward. During this workshop you’ll learn how to produce and edit video quickly and simply all from a smartphone, a training that you can share with your team and your leaders to generate more authentic video.
