Oneida Nation Enterprises Uses Their Employee App to Reach & Engage Employees

On May 28, Oneida Nation Enterprises (ONE) reopened their Upstate New York resort casinos and launched theEMPLOYEEapp to their employees. Within thirty days they have already achieved 67% adoption among their 5,000 employees.
ONE sought out theEMPLOYEEapp after COVID-19 forced them to temporarily close their hospitality and gaming venues. Preparing for their comeback, ONE quickly got up-and-running on our mobile platform to be ready to reopen in early June. It was important for them to be able to reopen with their teams in mind, and the app enabled them to send out a survey to all their employees to determine how they were feeling, what their personal work situations looked like, and more.
